Senior Store Assistant – Keyholder

About the role

Toolstation is looking for a Senior Store Assistant – Keyholder to join our Bellshill store on a part‑time basis (20 hrs/week). You will be the friendly face of the store, helping customers, handling deliveries and supporting the team during opening and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks and provide short‑term supervisory cover.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders.
• Assist customers, promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, and ensure a great customer experience.
• Maintain high store standards, stock shelves and manage warehouse tasks.

Required profile

• Friendly, reliable and flexible with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience as a key holder or supervising team members.
• Ability to work early starts and late finishes, including hot summer and chilly winter conditions.
