Senior Store Manager

About the role

Quest Search & Selection is seeking a Senior Store Manager to lead a high‑performing retail team in Manchester. You will own store performance, drive commercial success and deliver an exceptional customer experience for a globally recognised lifestyle brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the store team through strong role modelling and regular one‑on‑ones.
• Partner with the Area Manager to implement strategy, meet KPIs and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and develop team potential.
• Set daily KPIs, create monthly productivity plans and monitor results.
• Oversee store operations, stock management, administration and loss‑prevention processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion, accessories, footwear, lifestyle or health & beauty retail.
• Managed a high‑turnover store with annual sales of £2 million plus.
• Customer‑first mindset with consultative selling experience.
• Strong commercial awareness, KPI management and profitability focus.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
