Senior Strategic Key Account Manager – Industrial Distribution (EMEA)

About the role

3M is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Key Account Manager to lead growth across major industrial distributors in the EMEA region. You will act as the primary liaison for strategic distributor accounts, driving sales performance and shaping long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales performance for assigned strategic distributor accounts across Europe.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior customer contacts and decision‑makers.
• Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities across product categories, markets and countries.
• Build and maintain account plans using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Lead negotiations on large contracts and service‑level agreements.
• Collaborate with 3M sales, channel, marketing and business teams to align priorities and drive execution.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and business performance to inform decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic key account management with large international distributors or channel partners.
• Strong understanding of industrial distribution and B2B sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑country accounts.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or comparable CRM) proficiency.
