Senior Support Worker – Hartlepool

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead its residential service in Hartlepool. You will help residents gain independence while supporting the manager with day‑to‑day supervision and service management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents in daily activities to promote independence.
• Support the manager with shift allocation, training bookings, and new staff induction.
• Oversee supervision sessions, order medication, and help residents manage their finances.
• Maintain high standards of care for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
• Experience supporting people with enhanced needs such as autism, learning disabilities, or physical disabilities.
• Passion for improving the quality of life of those you support.
