Senior Support Worker

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our Wiltshire service in Devizes. The role combines hands‑on support for residents with leadership and administrative duties, reporting to the Registered Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct personal care and support to up to 38 residents across seven bungalows.
• Encourage independence by facilitating community participation and daily living activities.
• Plan, prepare and budget meals, and assist with personal hygiene and routine tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes in health or circumstances to management.
• Promote positive behaviour support approaches where needed.
• Contribute to team meetings and support the service’s administrative requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driver’s licence.
• Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards Level 3).
• Experience in residential or supported living environments.
