Senior Support Worker – Part‑time

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker for its Norton Fitzwarren site. This part‑time, permanent role involves two weekly shifts (07:00‑19:30) and occasional weekend work, supporting individuals to live more independently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist service users in daily activities to promote independence.
• Support the Service Manager with supervision, shift allocation and staff induction.
• Book training, organise supervision sessions and manage medication ordering.
• Help service users manage their finances and coordinate care plans.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Experience with enhanced support needs, including mental health, autism, acquired brain injury, trauma and challenging behaviours.
