Senior Support Worker – Residential Care (Hindhead)

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Female Senior Support Worker to lead its residential service in Hindhead. You will help service users gain independence while supporting the manager with day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist service users with daily activities to promote independence.
• Support the manager in supervising staff and managing the service.
• Allocate shifts, organise training, and induct new colleagues.
• Oversee supervision sessions and ensure medication is ordered correctly.
• Help service users manage their finances and coordinate care plans.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and trauma.

Required skills

• Medication management.
• Shift planning and staff allocation.
• Training coordination and induction.
