Senior Support Worker – Supported Living

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to join its supported living service in Headington, Oxfordshire. You will help individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs live independent, fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of support workers to deliver person‑centred care.
• Coordinate daily activities such as cooking, shopping, walking and community engagement.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Registered Manager to ensure high‑quality outcomes for all tenants.
• Provide personal, practical, emotional and social support at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience supporting people with diverse disability and mental health needs.
• Warm, organised, conscientious and able to empathise with service users.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible rota including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
