Senior Systems Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Systems Analyst to join our fast‑paced, collaborative business systems team in Milton Keynes. You will introduce structured analysis and documentation into system projects, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Sales, B2B Commerce and Warehousing.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of analysis for new system initiatives, gathering requirements and mapping processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and shape solutions before development or configuration begins.
• Introduce lightweight analysis discipline while maintaining rapid delivery cycles.
• Support and optimise ERP, B2B e‑commerce and warehouse platforms.
• Create clear documentation, workflows and reporting to improve system adoption and efficiency.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with business systems, ERP or technical support roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to gather and document requirements clearly.
• Comfortable working in a pragmatic, fast‑paced environment.
• SQL or reporting experience is a bonus.
• Exposure to e‑commerce, warehouse or distribution systems is advantageous.
