Senior Systems Engineer, User Support

About the role

The Senior Systems Engineer (Team Lead) will own the administration and operation of the firm’s infrastructure, working closely with Cloud, Compute and Messaging Engineering teams. This role demands deep expertise in Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and Windows security, as well as strong project‑management and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PKI services, ensuring high availability and security.
• Lead the Active Directory consolidation program, identify risks, and guide remediation to harden the environment.
• Design, implement, and support Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions and Office 365/Exchange Online.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software in a virtualized Windows environment.
• Develop and enforce processes, capacity forecasts, and change‑management procedures.
• Provide escalation support, troubleshoot complex production issues, and lead crisis resolution.
• Create PowerShell and Terraform scripts for automation, discovery, and remediation of security gaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of production environment support experience.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on authentication services management.
• Proven ability to lead projects to completion and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with flexibility for on‑call duties.
