Senior Talent Partner - Early Talent

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead early‑talent hiring across all business areas in a fast‑moving global environment. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, build high‑quality pipelines and ensure a premium candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for early‑talent positions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand demand and future capability needs.
• Run detailed intake sessions that focus on success criteria beyond job descriptions.
• Proactively source passive candidates using modern tools and market‑mapping techniques.
• Deliver a premium candidate experience with clear communication throughout the process.
• Use data and market insight to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
• Manage recruitment pipelines in Greenhouse with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with Employer Brand teams to enhance attraction strategies.
• Challenge bias and help create fair, inclusive hiring processes.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience in a corporate, embedded or high‑growth setting.
• Experience hiring across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations or Digital.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality.
• Proactive sourcing mindset and commercial awareness.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.
• High personal ownership and accountability.

Required skills

• Greenhouse (or similar ATS) proficiency.
