Senior Talent Partner – Early Talent

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead early‑talent hiring across all business areas in our fast‑moving global organisation. The role is hybrid, based in London, and focuses on delivering a commercial, data‑driven recruitment function that adds strategic value.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring for early‑talent positions, from intake to offer.
• Partner with business leaders to understand demand, future capability needs and success criteria.
• Run detailed intake sessions that go beyond job descriptions.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using modern tools and market‑mapping techniques.
• Provide a premium candidate experience with clear communication throughout the process.
• Use data and market insight to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
• Manage recruitment pipelines in Greenhouse, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with Employer Brand teams to enhance attraction strategies.
• Challenge bias and help create fair, inclusive hiring processes.

Required profile

• Full‑cycle recruitment experience in a corporate, embedded or high‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to hire across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations or Digital.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Capacity to manage multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality.
• Proactive sourcing mindset and commercial awareness.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.
• High level of personal ownership and accountability.
