Senior Talent Partner – Recruitment for GTM

About the role

Scout is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join one of its high‑growth clients on a three‑month fixed‑term basis. You will become fully embedded in the client’s culture, managing end‑to‑end recruitment for sales and go‑to‑market positions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and commercial roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal talent‑acquisition teams to understand hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate journey that reflects the client’s brand.
• Provide regular updates and metrics on recruitment progress.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
• Proven track record recruiting for sales, go‑to‑market, or commercial functions.
• Experience in either in‑house or agency recruitment settings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to inclusive hiring.
