Senior Tax Advisor – Corporate Tax Advisory Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a CTA‑qualified Corporate Tax professional to join a fully remote advisory team. The position focuses exclusively on high‑quality technical advice for a variety of corporate transactions, with no compliance deadlines or business‑development targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory support on corporate reorganisations, demergers, management buy‑outs and share‑scheme implementations.
• Deliver tax clearance opinions and advise on SSE, EIS and SEIS structures.
• Analyse complex tax issues, develop technical solutions and document recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure advice aligns with business objectives.

Required profile

• CTA‑qualified or equivalent corporate tax specialist.
• Strong interest in technical tax work rather than routine compliance.
• Proven ability to solve complex tax problems and communicate solutions clearly.
• Desire for a remote, advisory‑only environment with excellent work‑life balance.
