Senior Tech Contracts Recruiter

About the role

Searchability, a 100% employee‑owned tech recruitment agency, is seeking a Senior Tech Contracts Recruiter to join its Contracts Division in Chester. You will work on a full‑time, office‑based basis, driving new business and delivering top‑tier tech talent to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for contract‑based tech roles.
• Generate new business, maintain client accounts and ensure successful placements.
• Utilise and maintain recruitment tools and frameworks, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, Mercury and Indeed.
• Collaborate with the wider team to meet KPI targets and revenue goals.
• Present yourself professionally to candidates and clients, building strong relationships.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in 360° agency recruitment, preferably within IT/tech/digital.
• Proven track record in new‑business generation and account management.
• Strong communication, time‑management and work‑ethic with a drive for success.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.
• Willingness to commute daily to the Chester headquarters.
