Senior Technical Liability Adjuster

About the role

This senior position combines complex cradle‑to‑grave liability adjusting with genuine technical leadership. You will manage high‑value EL, PL and property damage claims across the South East while working on specialist exposures such as product recall and entertainment liability.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical referral point for the wider casualty team.
• Handle complex, non‑routine liability claims and specialist exposures.
• Support and develop trainee adjusters.
• Influence investigation strategy, reporting standards and the future direction of the liability practice.
• Provide strategic guidance rather than focusing on claim volume.

Required profile

• Technically strong liability adjuster with experience in complex claims.
• Enjoys sharing knowledge and influencing wider teams.
• Comfortable operating at Associate Director level.
• Willing to work hybrid across London and the South East.
