Senior Technical Oracle Fusion Project Manager (15‑month FTC)

About the role

GXO Logistics is seeking a Senior Technical Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead the next phase of its Finance Transformation programme. This 15‑month fixed‑term role will be based in Northampton and will operate on a hybrid basis across GXO’s London, Northampton and Chippenham offices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud technical workstreams, including integrations, data migration, reporting and cut‑over.
• Own project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues to keep delivery on track.
• Manage and challenge third‑party implementation partners on cost, quality and timeline.
• Communicate progress to senior stakeholders, translating technical detail into business updates.
• Drive governance activities such as change control, stage‑gates, status reporting and formal project closure.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion finance modules and related technical architecture.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment with finance, IT and business SMEs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior level.
