Senior Technical Paraplanner – Wealth Management

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning Chartered Financial Planning firm, is expanding its Paraplanning and Technical team in London. They are seeking a Senior Technical Paraplanner to support the Director of Financial Planning and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis and research on complex client situations.
• Prepare comprehensive suitability reports and present findings with the Director.
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain extensive client contact, delivering a bespoke, professional service.
• Handle client queries and provide guidance on complex cases across pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning.

Required profile

• Diploma‑qualified and progressing towards or already holding Chartered status.
• Proven experience analysing complex financial cases.
• Extensive knowledge of pensions (including transfers and divorce cases), investments, tax and estate planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse workload and maintain strong client relationships.
