Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant – German Market

About the role

Join a fast‑growing technology recruitment agency focused on the German market, based in Canary Wharf, London. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle for technology roles across Europe, delivering permanent and contract placements.

Key responsibilities

• Win new business through business development and client acquisition.
• Build long‑term relationships with technology clients across Germany and Europe.
• Manage existing client accounts and develop key partnerships.
• Recruit for software engineering, cloud, data, AI, DevOps and infrastructure roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to offer management.
• Negotiate offers, handle counter‑offers and provide market insight.
• Maintain an organised CRM and candidate database.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant in technology or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a high‑value desk.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience recruiting both permanent and contract positions.
• Familiarity with the German technology market is advantageous.
