Senior Temps Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Temps Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Warrington. You will specialise in placing Accountancy and Finance professionals on temporary and contract assignments across the North West, building on an established desk while shaping your own market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and place candidates for temporary and contract finance roles ranging from entry to senior level.
• Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients and candidates in the Warrington and Manchester area.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to contribute to divisional growth strategy.
• Provide market insight and share leads with the wider recruitment team.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting temporary finance professionals or in a similar market.
• Established network of contacts within the North West finance sector.
• Commercially driven, ambitious and able to work independently.
• Strong commitment to building long‑term client and candidate relationships.
