Senior Transfer Pricing Manager – Leeds (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to join a leading Yorkshire accountancy and advisory firm. Based in Leeds with hybrid working, you will own client relationships, deliver high‑quality transfer pricing services and help shape the practice’s future direction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of transfer pricing clients, from owner‑managed groups to large multinationals.
• Prepare, review and deliver transfer pricing documentation and benchmark studies.
• Advise on transfer pricing methodologies, policy implementation and royalty arrangements.
• Support R&D‑related transfer pricing matters and cross‑border intercompany transactions.
• Collaborate with wider tax teams on domestic and international tax projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with OECD developments and UK legislation.

Required profile

• Strong experience in transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and projects independently.
• Experience working with multi‑entity groups and cross‑border transactions.
