About the role

Marks Sattin is recruiting a Senior Treasury Officer on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract for a leading financial services organisation. The role sits at the heart of a major treasury transformation programme, focusing on post‑implementation activities for the Murex platform and working closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk and Technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the ongoing embedding of Murex across treasury operations.
• Map and document treasury processes and control frameworks.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen control frameworks and ensure audit‑ready operating models.
• Assist with testing, issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Provide operational support for treasury settlements and payments.

Required profile

• Strong process‑mapping and documentation abilities.
• Good understanding of risk and control frameworks.
• Financial‑services experience desirable.
• Previous treasury experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of Murex beneficial but not essential.
