Senior UX Designer – Digital Investments & Pensions

About the role

We are recruiting for a leading UK banking client to join a growing UX team focused on digital investments and pensions. The role is hybrid (on‑site Monday plus one additional day) and starts as a six‑month contract with the possibility of extension, paid at £513 per day inside IR35.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX and product design for investment and pension platforms.
• Create wireframes, interaction designs, prototypes and high‑fidelity visual designs using Figma.
• Translate user research and insights into intuitive design solutions.
• Present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Research, Engineering and other design disciplines.
• Contribute to a collaborative UX team and share knowledge across the group.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading UX and product design projects.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio of high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to own design outcomes from concept through delivery.
