Senior Vice President, Custody FX Product Management

About the role

Citi is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead Custody FX product management within its FX Partnerships team. The role will drive strategic development, transformation and growth of the Custody FX franchise, supporting clients in more than 70 currencies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize new FX product opportunities aligned with business strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, technology, sales and other partners to deliver Custody FX transformation initiatives.
• Develop client‑driven product roadmaps based on market research and competitor analysis.
• Work with internal stakeholders (Custody, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Risk) to ensure feasibility, regulatory compliance and successful product launches.
• Partner with select clients and business units to create tailored FX solutions.
• Source, evaluate and establish strategic partnerships that enhance the Custody FX offering.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in FX product management, preferably within custody or securities services.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale product transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of FX markets, pricing styles and workflow solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
