Senior Vice President – Global Ecommerce Product Lead

About the role

Citi is seeking a senior leader to drive growth of its Ecommerce payments portfolio within the Commercial Cards division. Based in London and reporting to the Global Ecommerce Segment Head, you will shape strategy, commercialise new capabilities and build partnerships that expand Citi’s digital‑first, API‑centric product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end commercial strategy for Ecommerce payment solutions, including Virtual Card Number (VCN) and Mobile Virtual Card (mVCA) offerings.
• Collaborate with senior Card leadership to position Citi as a trusted partner in the B2B Travel, Digital Economy and Fintech spaces.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to launch new products, drive revenue growth and increase market‑share penetration.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless integration and adoption of API‑first payment flows.
• Provide strategic insights and performance metrics to guide continuous improvement and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior product leadership within financial services or payments, preferably in a global organisation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with a track record of influencing senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth and manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.
