Senior Wealth Adviser – Deputy Head of Wealth

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Adviser to act as deputy to the Head of Wealth for an award‑winning financial services firm in London. You will manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients while supporting the leadership and growth of the Wealth Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent, objective advice across a range of financial topics.
• Analyse client financial situations, develop tailored financial plans and investment strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative and regulatory changes.
• Act as deputy to the Head of Wealth, handling complex and high‑value cases.
• Mentor, coach and develop advisers and paraplanners.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain advice quality, compliance standards and contribute to strategic growth.
• Manage relationships with the firm’s most complex high‑net‑worth clients and build referral networks.

Required profile

• Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) Level 4 minimum; Level 6/Chartered status desirable.
• Significant experience as a Wealth Adviser or Independent Financial Adviser, preferably with HNW clients.
• Proven experience mentoring, supervising or leading other advisers.
