Senior Working Capital Assistant – Evening Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Working Capital Assistant to join our Belfast Finance team. The role works the 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm shift and supports the collection, reporting and cash allocation processes that keep our global network running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and on time across collections, reporting and cash allocations.
• Assist the Working Capital Specialist and Team Lead in revenue activities and cash collection.
• Maintain best‑practice standards and produce timely working‑capital reports.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc projects.
• Provide month‑end close support, including overtime when required.

Required profile

• Team player who enjoys collaborating toward common goals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen to different perspectives.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in an administrative or office role (essential).
• Finance‑related experience is desirable but not mandatory.
