Senior/Associate Building Surveyor – Social Housing Projects

About the role

Join as a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor working on public‑sector projects, primarily social housing and education. You will deliver refurbishments, condition surveys and contract administration while managing your own schemes with autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage refurbishment and condition survey projects.
• Perform contract administration and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior surveyors.
• Liaise directly with clients and local authorities.
• Maintain a stable pipeline of work across social housing and education sectors.

Required profile

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or MCIOB).
• Experience in public‑sector projects, especially social housing or education.
• Proven ability to run projects and interact with clients.
• Strong technical knowledge and a proactive mindset.
• Commitment to long‑term development within a supportive business.
