SEO Executive

About the role

As an SEO Executive at Pretty Pragmatic, you will work closely with the agency team to deliver high‑performing websites and digital content for hospitality clients and other sectors. You will help shape SEO strategies, analyse performance, and provide actionable recommendations that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct SEO reviews using tools such as SEMrush, GA4, Search Console and Google Tag Manager to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate on content strategy, creating briefs for articles, blogs and website copy.
• Provide SEO guidance to improve both technical and content‑related performance across client sites.
• Manage CMS optimisation, working with developers on technical enhancements.
• Produce monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
• Analyse user experience using tools like Microsoft Clarity and suggest improvements to customer journeys.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of agency or in‑house SEO and digital marketing experience.
• Curious, detail‑oriented and eager to learn new techniques.
• Strong communicator who can explain solutions clearly without unnecessary jargon.
• Team‑player who enjoys sharing ideas and supporting colleagues.
