SEO Growth Marketer – Organic Acquisition

About the role

Bonsai, a SaaS platform now part of Zoom, is looking for a Growth Marketer who will own the end‑to‑end organic acquisition engine. You will drive sustainable customer growth through SEO, content strategy, and AI‑powered discovery channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and overall organic growth strategy.
• Improve technical SEO, AI search visibility, on‑page optimisation, and keyword targeting.
• Execute SEO initiatives across site architecture, landing pages, internal linking and content creation.
• Monitor performance with SEO tools and analytics platforms, optimizing rankings, CTR and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis and SERP/LLM landscape audits.
• Build AI‑assisted workflows to accelerate content briefs, page optimisation and reporting.
• Analyse growth data to uncover scalable acquisition opportunities and improve CAC efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, content and paid acquisition teams to align organic strategy with broader growth goals.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of growth marketing experience with a focus on SEO.
• Hands‑on experience executing technical SEO, on‑page optimisation and keyword research.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, small marketing team.
