SEO Manager – Hybrid (3 days in office)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead SEO and AI Search strategies for a portfolio of e‑commerce clients. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in our St Helens office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and AI Search strategies across client accounts, meeting agreed KPIs and growth targets.
• Refine integrated search tactics to maximise visibility on traditional engines and emerging AI platforms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and resources, identifying efficiency and ROI improvements.
• Identify upsell opportunities, support new business proposals and develop new service offerings.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, innovative digital marketing culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SEO and AI Search strategies for e‑commerce clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
• Experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
