SEO Manager

About the role

Join a forward‑thinking digital marketing agency that is shaping the future of search. As an SEO Manager you will guide clients through the transition from traditional search to AI‑generated answers, helping them achieve visibility, authority, and conversions across both classic and generative search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO, GEO and AEO strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) testing and experimentation.
• Conduct keyword, intent and conversational search research.
• Advise on technical SEO improvements such as site structure, Core Web Vitals and schema markup.
• Assist with SEO site migrations and roadmap planning.
• Present recommendations and performance updates to clients in a clear, engaging manner.
• Stay ahead of AI search trends and evolving user behaviours.

Required profile

• 2+ years of SEO experience, either agency‑side or in‑house.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategy and organic performance metrics.
• Interest or exposure to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
• Commercially minded with a curiosity for emerging search technologies.
