SEO Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing luxury digital marketing agency seeking an ambitious SEO Manager to lead SEO strategy for premium fashion, hospitality, interiors, beauty, travel and lifestyle brands. You will work in a hybrid London office, collaborating with content, PR, development and paid media teams to drive organic growth and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical, on‑page and off‑page elements.
• Manage SEO campaigns for multiple luxury and premium brand clients.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap studies.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Optimize site architecture, metadata, internal linking and performance.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Create client reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with content and digital PR teams to support organic growth.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.
• Assist in new business pitches and contribute strategic ideas.

Required profile

• 2+ years of SEO experience within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and on‑page optimisation.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Passion for luxury brands and digital marketing trends.
