SEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Manager to join a fast‑growing boutique digital agency in Glasgow. You will work across all departments to develop and execute data‑driven digital strategies that boost our clients' online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SEO tactics and campaigns for multiple clients.
• Run display and paid campaigns, supporting PPC initiatives where needed.
• Produce SEO‑friendly copy and create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Manage affiliate programmes and monitor performance.
• Report on results using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Analyse user journeys, conduct user testing and drive conversion optimisation.
• Liaise regularly with clients to build strong relationships and communicate progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record in SEO with demonstrable results.
• Google certification and a strong focus on ROI.
• Self‑starter comfortable with a hybrid work schedule (office Mon‑Wed, remote Thu‑Fri).
• Passion for digital marketing and a desire to continuously develop skills.
