SEO Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing multi‑brand insurance business as an SEO Manager. You will own the organic search strategy across several brands, driving sustainable visibility, traffic and revenue growth while working closely with the Head of Marketing and performance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑brand SEO strategy that aligns with commercial objectives.
• Own SEO performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, conversions and revenue contribution.
• Identify and act on growth opportunities in content, technical SEO and authority building.
• Optimise for traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven discovery platforms (GEO/AEO).
• Shape content strategy, close gaps and guide teams on SEO and AI optimisation best practices.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives such as site health, indexing, performance and structured‑data implementation.
• Collaborate with paid‑media, CRO and content teams to deliver an integrated search approach.
• Establish reporting frameworks and use data insights to inform investment decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical, on‑site and content SEO with measurable growth results.
• Strong understanding of the evolving search landscape, including AI search, GEO and AEO.
• Excellent analytical ability to translate data into commercial actions.
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as insurance, financial services or e‑commerce is a plus.
