SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join Brace, a creative agency in Gloucestershire. You will drive real‑world results for a diverse client base, turning rankings into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own SEO strategies that increase traffic and conversions for clients.
• Conduct technical audits, keyword research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and marketers to implement on‑page and off‑page recommendations.
• Present performance reports to clients and make SEO insights clear and compelling.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, tools and industry trends.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of on‑page and off‑page optimisation and ability to perform technical audits.
• Strategic thinker with clear communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding into related areas such as PPC, content, CRO or email.

Required skills

• SEO audit tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Keyword research and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website architecture.
