About the role
We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our Cambridge‑based digital marketing agency. The role combines strategy, analysis and hands‑on execution to help clients improve their search visibility and grow their businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse client websites and market contexts to define SEO objectives.
- Develop and implement technical, on‑page and off‑page optimisation plans.
- Leverage AI‑driven tools to enhance search visibility and content strategy.
- Collaborate with developers, marketing teammates and clients to translate SEO recommendations into actionable tasks.
- Monitor performance, produce reports and adjust tactics to ensure measurable growth.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strategic and analytical mindset; stays up‑to‑date with industry changes.
- Pragmatic use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) while retaining critical judgement.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex SEO concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Passion for client success and continuous improvement.
