About the role

Go City is reshaping how travellers discover and book experiences across the world’s top destinations. As an SEO Specialist you will be responsible for scaling organic and AI‑driven search performance across 28 destinations and five brand sites, ensuring our pages rank highly on classic search results and emerging AI answer platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy, leading keyword research and prioritisation across a large portfolio of destinations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date keyword mapping, tracking and insight feeds into broader marketing planning.
• Drive on‑page optimisation for attraction pages and destination hubs, setting standards for titles, meta data, structured data and internal linking.
• Partner with the content team to make new and refreshed pages search‑ready and AI‑ready from the outset.
• Monitor page performance post‑optimisation and iterate to improve rankings and organic clicks.
• Grow visibility in AI search surfaces (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) by tracking citations, AI referral traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate occasionally with paid‑search and tech teams to align keyword insights and implement SEO or GEO changes.

Required profile

• Experience working on large, multilingual websites with evolving SEO priorities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with content, paid‑search and technical teams.
