SEO Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our digital capability and need a skilled SEO Specialist to boost our client base and improve online visibility. You will work closely with sales and creative teams to generate high‑quality enquiries and deliver measurable search performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep keyword and intent research to identify high‑value search terms.
• Collaborate with creative writers to integrate keywords naturally into copy, meta tags, headings and structured content.
• Audit site architecture, improve loading speed, enhance mobile performance and implement structured data.
• Execute outreach campaigns to secure authoritative backlinks.
• Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics and Google Search Console and refine strategies based on insights.
• Partner with developers, editorial teams and marketers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Support sales and marketing teams in lead generation and client acquisition goals.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable working with HTML, CSS and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Proficient with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush or Screaming Frog.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of search engine algorithms and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.
