Serious Injury Associate Solicitor (Hybrid)

About the role

CRA Consulting is partnering with a leading Serious Injury practice in London to recruit a senior Associate Solicitor. The role offers a hybrid or fully‑remote working model and focuses on high‑value claimant cases across England and Wales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex serious injury claims, primarily road‑traffic accident cases.
• Manage liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement strategy for claims ranging from £150k to multi‑million outcomes.
• Secure early interim payments and rehabilitation funding.
• Collaborate with external medical experts, case managers, counsel and financial specialists.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Represent the firm within the serious injury sector.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Fellow with Grade A level (or equivalent) and 8+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven track record as lead file handler on complex serious injury matters.
• Strong litigation and court procedure knowledge.
• Experience delivering high‑quality client care and mentoring junior colleagues.
