Service Advisor – Audi Dealership

About the role

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Audi dealership in Birmingham. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle drop‑off to hand‑over while supporting the workshop team.

Key responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs and coordinate workload with the workshop.
• Greet customers on arrival, provide a smooth service experience, and keep them updated on progress.
• Authorize additional work, make follow‑up calls, and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Collaborate with Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to meet service targets and upsell the full range of services.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building rapport quickly.
• Well‑presented, motivated, and eager to succeed.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably with sales or target‑driven responsibilities.
• Good organisational and administrative abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of dealer management systems (advantageous but not essential).
