Service Advisor – Automotive After‑sales

About the role

Join a leading automotive dealership in Swindon as a Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, manage service bookings and arrange courtesy cars.
• Communicate service status and updates to customers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to guarantee timely and quality service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional work, service plans and warranties.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership environment.
• Confident, organised and highly customer‑focused.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Kerridge, Pinnacle, DRIVE or ONELink systems.
• Experience using commercial databases for service management.
