Service Advisor – Automotive After‑sales

About the role

The Solution Auto is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its after‑sales team at the Wimbledon dealership. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, high‑quality service experience from booking to vehicle hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings, enquiries and service appointments.
• Advise customers on maintenance, repair needs and recommend appropriate work.
• Upsell additional services where relevant while maintaining transparency.
• Maintain accurate service records and handle confidential information.
• Work to deadlines in a busy after‑sales environment and ensure timely vehicle delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in a main‑dealer environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a proven record of delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Residency within a commutable distance of Wimbledon.
