Service Advisor – Automotive Service Department

About the role

Join a well‑known franchised motor dealership in the Woking area as a Service Advisor. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced efficiently while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, liaising between customers and technicians.
• Provide clear, accurate information on service work, costs and timelines.
• Handle confidential customer data and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
• Upsell appropriate service, bodyshop and parts solutions.
• Maintain records in the dealership’s service management system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a selling or customer‑service environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people orientation with drive, commitment and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to contribute positively to the team and customers.
