About the role
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy main‑brand car dealership in Ashford. You will be the friendly face of the service department, welcoming customers and ensuring their vehicles are handled efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in customers at the service reception.
- Book vehicle appointments and advise customers on expected repair times.
- Provide clear, courteous communication throughout the service process.
- Perform basic administrative duties related to service orders.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to deliver high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused with a professional appearance.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
