Service Advisor – Customer-Facing Role in Croydon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Croydon team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth service experience and supporting the workshop to deliver timely repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the service reception.
• Provide exceptional, face‑to‑face customer service throughout the service journey.
• Book vehicles, advise on repair times and service plans, and manage appointments.
• Liaise with the workshop, keeping customers informed of progress.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service targets.
• Perform general administrative duties related to service operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor (essential).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers, not just over the phone.
• Good knowledge of the motor trade.
• Professional appearance and manner.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic.
• Full UK driving licence.
