Service Advisor – Dealership (Bristol)

About the role

Our client, a leading automotive dealership in Bristol, is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for service and maintenance customers.
• Manage bookings, arrange courtesy cars and keep customers updated on progress.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Promote and upsell additional work, service plans, warranties and related products.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership environment.
• Confident, organised and customer‑focused with a full UK driving licence.
• Proven ability to sell additional products and services.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) up to £45,000 per annum.
