Service Advisor – Front‑line Customer Role

About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join a busy dealership in Great Yarmouth. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from appointment booking to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
• Create and manage service appointments using dealership software.
• Prepare work orders, liaise with technicians, and track progress.
• Provide clear updates to customers and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Handle invoicing and payment processing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a front‑of‑house role at a franchise dealership.
• Strong customer service and administrative abilities.
• Familiarity with Kerridge service management system.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday in a fast‑paced environment.
