Service Advisor – Luxury Brand (45k+ OTE)

About the role

Join a respected dealer group in the Hertfordshire area as a Service Advisor for a prestigious luxury brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience while contributing to the dealership's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the service reception.
• Book vehicles for service and create, raise, and close job cards.
• Obtain authorisations for required work and liaise with the workshop on progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Prepare costings, invoices, and conduct customer handovers, including upselling where appropriate.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a main dealer environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with proven upselling abilities.
• Excellent administrative and communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with RTC software.
• Experience using the One Link system.
• Knowledge of Kerridge.
