Service Advisor – Luxury Brand (Bournemouth)

About the role

Join a respected dealer group and represent a prestigious luxury automotive brand as a Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the service reception.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and create job cards.
• Obtain authorisations for required work and close job cards after completion.
• Liaise with technicians to monitor work progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Prepare cost estimates, invoice customers, and handle handovers.
• Identify and upsell additional services where appropriate.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a main dealer environment.
• Strong customer service and administrative abilities.
• Proven upselling and sales skills.
• Familiarity with RTC, One Link and Kerridge systems is a distinct advantage.
